Services include same-day appointments and tele-psychiatry, with office hours MondayFriday, 9 a.m.6 p.m.
Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Millersville, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The hours are 10am-2pm,Monday through Friday. This role supports daily operations by managing phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating tele-psychiatry sessions. The Administrative Assistant will maintain electronic and paper records, handle basic billing and insurance verification tasks, and prepare documents and forms as needed. Additional responsibilities include managing correspondence, organizing files, supporting the providers calendar, and ensuring that the office environment is welcoming and efficient. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered service.
