A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a General Operations Manager in Wytheville, VA
The ideal candidate must possess a strong knowledge of custom residential construction, familiar with production building (multiple homes at one time), hard work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a servant-leader management style.
The candidate will preferable be from/familiar with the Wytheville / Tri-Cities area & knows the local vendors/subs/etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations.
This company is looking for the right person with “positive energy” and strong leadership abilities that will constantly be driving the Production & Sales processes as well as growing the team.
