PASS Security ConsultantAs a PASS Security Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities for Life Safety & Security products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure their safety and security.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and identify new business opportunities within the target market segments, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, healthcare institutions, educational campuses, and government agencies.Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and pain points related to life safety and security in their organizations and current / potential solutions.Utilize a variety of channels to prospect; including cold/warm calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals, to engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our life safety products and services.Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to develop customized solutions that address the unique requirements of each client.Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiation of terms and contracts.Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and post-sales support.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to life safety and security systems.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's or associate degree preferred, and two years related industry and sales experience.Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the life safety and security industry or related field.Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities effectively.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their solution needs.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and generating reports.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.EEOC StatementPASS provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
