Job Scope:

The Senior Fashion Advisor is responsible in contributing to the store sales by providing a remarkable and memorable service to all clients and maintain merchandising standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service

\n
• Promote high customer service standards throughout the shopping experience
\n
• Attend to customer needs
\n
• Actively seek inputs from customers and efficiently address complaints to reinforce service standards
\n
• Gather information and organize records on customer preferences and buying behavior and provide proper feedback and tendencies.
\n
• Update clients on upcoming events
\n
• Provide support in VIP events and ensure proper follow up with clients as needed
\n
• Inform clients about policies policies and procedures to ensure transparency; including and not limited to refund and exchange policies
\n

Sales & POS

\n
• Meet and maximize cross selling & up selling sales targets
\n
• Adhere to the standards of operations
\n
• Support the manager in achieving the Boutique’s goal
\n
• Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sales process
\n
• Ensure a proper replenishment of merchandise, display and visual merchandising standards to maintain the brand’s image
\n
• Process accurately and efficiently cash register operations from opening to close and protect company assets
\n
• Support in efficient cost allocation by optimally using Boutique products and not exceeding availability
\n

Position Requirements

\n
• Education Background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
\n
• Five to eight years of experience in the high‐end retail fashion industry
\n
• Keyholder experience.
\n
• Bridal and evening wear background a must.
\n
• Team oriented, strong work ethic, high energy level
\n
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
\n
• High customer centricity
\n
• Team oriented with proper conflict management skills
\n
